Chicago Metallic 4-Piece Professional Bakeware Set

This bakeware set covers many home baking needs. Kaiser Bakeware Tinplate 16x14-Inch Cookie Sheet

Cook's Illustrated magazine recommends this 16-by-14-inch cookie sheet because it browns cookies nicely and evenly and is moderately priced. Nice, even browning comes from the sheet's material, which is tinplated steel that might discolor but won't rust and is scratch resistant. Other virtues include the sheet's big front lip that offers a firm grip and its raised, rounded side-edges that prevent those chocolate-chip cookies or blackberry scones from sliding off.
