Toy Story 2 is not a perfect game, but it captures the playability and humor of the film, and also has movie-quality animations and graphics.

Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation

Eidos serves up more of the same in the fourth installment in the adventures of Lara Croft. Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation is sure to please rabid fans of the busty heroine, but it may give indigestion to series veterans looking for something new or improved. If you're one of the latter, your suffering will begin from the start as the game opens with a prologue/training level that requires you to go through the motions before proceeding the actual game. And you probably won't give a hoot about the "play as young Lara" gimmick.

Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage

The feisty little adolescent dragon is back in a sequel that is far superior to the original. Both Spyro fans and those who didn't play the first game will revel in the exploratory greatness that is Spyro: Ripto's Rage. Gone are the impossible tasks, unbeatable enemies, and fragmented game flow. This game sports superior controls, more colorful and faster graphics, a tighter story, achievable goals, and plenty of gameplay variety.

Star Trek: Invasion

Gundam Battle Assault

A rudimentary 2-D fighting game loosely based on several of the Gundam Japanese animated series and movies, Gundam Battle Assault isn't the game that fans would have hoped for, and is definitely not for casual gamers who don't know what the heck a Gundam is. The game's one-on-one combat is between giant robots known as "mobile suits." They can fly up into the air--the screen scrolls vertically to follow the action, providing a little extra headroom in the cramped 2-D arenas--but there's really nothing about the gameplay here that you haven't seen before and played ad nauseam.

Future Cop: L.A.P.D. began life as a sequel in EA's hit-and-miss Strike series. But as the game's development progressed, it became apparent that the game really wasn't at all like the previous games in the series. Instead of cruising around various real-world locales in a helicopter and blowing up terrorists, Future Cop puts you in the seat of a mech that can transform into a hovercraft. You stomp (or hover) around eight different sections of Los Angeles, blowing up everything in your path.

Metal Gear Solid Greatest Hits

Syphon Filter 2

The World is Not Enough

Driver 2
