Paul Gilbert: Burning Organ

Man,this guy is so underrated it is unbelievable.. Brilliant is not even the word. He has it all -catchy hooks,McCartneyesque phrasing, killer rhythm chops, arrangement and production skills,Cool vocals, and of course some of the greatest rock guitar the world has yet seen.. Yngwie is brilliant too,as is Steve Vai.However,Paul can switch from Yngwie to flamenco to Steve vai to Hendrix to his own style ,to jazz -probably country too!The guy is diverse as hell and a musical genius. His day is coming.

"Click me to Order"

Gathering: Souvenirs

Souvenirs, Dutch metal outfit The Gathering's latest album, marks their final shift out of metal and into a new, undefinable sound composed of heavy lyrics, dark melodies, a melancholic tempo and the ethereal vocals of Anneke van Giersbergen. Listening to the samples on this site one can easily hear the uniqueness of her voice and the extreme range it conquers throughout the album.

Gary Hoey: Hocus Pocus Live [Hollywood] [LIVE]

Wow! Gary Hoey's guitar sounds better than ever live, it already sounded great enough in the studio. This album will make you feel like playing air guitar from start to finish. THE DEEP really sounds great live as well as HOCUS POCUS and LINUS AND LUCY. Gary shows here that he is a master of the electric guitar and can hang with the best of them.

Godsmack: Faceless [ENHANCED] [EXPLICIT LYRICS]

To be completely honest, I did not like the first two Godsmack CD's, so when I got this CD as a present from a friend I was not exactly thrilled, but I put on a fake smile and gave a polite "Thanks". This CD sat on my dresser for 2 or 3 weeks until I finally decided "Oh what the hell" and popped it in my Discman and amazingly I listend through the whole CD and loved every minute of it. I Stand Alone, Faceless and Straight Out of Line are killer songs and the rest of the CD is just as good. This CD is damn good and I've been thanking my friend alot more for giving it to me. Buy this CD, you will not be dissapointed!

Godsmack: Godsmack [EXPLICIT LYRICS]

In a post-Seattle Sound rock world, there's still a hunger for music that's dark, dirgelike, and heavy. Introducing Godsmack.

Godsmack: Awake [ECD] [PA] [EXPLICIT LYRICS]

Godsmacks latest effort.

"Click me to Order"

Greyhaven: Greyhaven

This major debut for GreyHaven is intelligent, full, intense, intricately constructed music. The melodies are innovative, challenging, thoughtful, and brilliant. Music like this will never be heard on the radio. Highly Recommended!

"Click me to Order"

Gamma Ray: Land of the Free

Probably Gamma Rays best album. All their songs are great from the first till the last one.I especially enjoyed "Land of the free" and "Man on a mission".Great vocals great music fantastic lyrics. You can hear it again and again and each time enjoying it more than the last one.GREAT JOB from GAMMA RAY. ~Kostas Bouras

Gamma Ray: Power Plant

Kai Hansen returns with yet another power metal masterpiece. This album highlights hansen's vocals, which I still say are quite close to Rob Halford. It starts out with the typical sound that Hansen made popular in his work with Helloween (Send me a Sign has that I want Out feel) and continues the Gamma Ray sound. A bit more complete of an album, most of the songs have a cohesive feel. Tracks like Short as Hell sound a little like Metallica and Heavy Metal Universe sounds like a tribute to Manowar, but Hand of Fate starts like old Judas Priest ( I still would contest anyone who says Hansen does not sound like Halford). This album is a must for anyone who likes Gamma Ray!

"Click me to Order"

Gamma Ray: Heading for Tomorrow

This guy is amazing and he can sing any style of metal as displayed on the eclectic CD. Songs like "Heading For Tomorrow" showcase his operatic abilities, "Space Eater" shows off his Halford-like growling abilities, and "Free Time" shows off his melodic AOR abilities. This guy could sing for Dream Theater, Def Leppard, or Judas Priest...and be better than those bands singers. This is an odd CD and if not for the thin-sounding low budget production, this would be a 5-star CD.

Somewhere Out In Space "Click me to Order"

Gamma Ray: Somewhere Out In Space

Without a doubt, their greatest recorded piece of music. The reason this album is a masterpiece is simple, Kai Hanson.

Last Of The Runaways "Click me to Order"

Giant: Last Of The Runaways

Great rock and roll music with a strong guitar presense that is pronounced and powerful, but not distracting or overbearing. The guitars almost seem to be singing at times. The songs have great "movement" as well.

Ian Gillan Recordings:

About Face "Click me to Order"

Featured Tracks: Until We Sleep, Murder, Love On The Air, Blue Light and more.

Additional David Gilmore Recordings:

Grand Funk Railroad: Closer to Home

When I first heard this album over 25 years ago, I couldn't believe the warmth and honesty of the music. None of that has been lost in the conversion to compact disc. Along with the smash hit "I'm Your Captain", you get "Hooked On Love", "Mean Mistreater" and many more killer classics.

Be sure to visit Grand Funk here

Nemesis "Click me to Order"

Grip Inc.: Nemesis

I initially picked up the promo for this album just because of the cover art. When I realized that Dave Lombardo (drummer for Slayer) had organized the band, A must-buy for any true hard-core music lover.

Henry Gross

Most people have either never heard of Henery Gross or they have never heard him do this kind of music. This is a great album!!
