"Click me to Order"
Kovenant : In Times Before the Light
This is a remake of the first Kovenant (or Covenant as they were called back then) album.
This album .... Plain and simple. The first version was a true black metal album and this version is not. I thought that Lex Icon and the other were smarter than to destroy the only good kovenant (or Covenant) album .

Katatonia: Viva Emptiness
I've been a fan of Katatonia for a few years now. I bought Last Fair Deal Gone Down 2 years ago and loved it. I then bought Tonight's Decision and loved it. So, I had high hopes for Viva Emptiness, and never before has a band delivered better than Katatonia has with their latest release. Every single second of every single song is beautifully dark, and yet lively. I haven't taken the CD out of my CD player for a week, which is a feat considering how many CDs I have and how fickle I am about music. From songs like Ghost Of The Sun to Omerta, their heavy stuff if equally as good as the softer songs. This is by far Katatonia's best album, and my third favorite CD of all time.

Kataklysm : Epic: The Poetry of War
This is the first Kataklysm album I purchased. After a friend told me to pick up one of their albums I picked up this one, and I found it very good. Kataklysm is like the death metal version of Dream Theater. They are very complex at everything they do and their tracks are full of ear candy. Most of the tracks are longer than most bands and they definitly don't have any filler. "Epic" is an album that all death metal fans should have.

Karma To Burn : Almost Heathen
I thought "Wild Wonderful Purgatory" was a great record, but "Almost Heathen" is one of the 5 best albums of 2001 easily. Incredible rhythms, songwriting and guitar work. A must have for anybody who truly knows rock and roll.

Kamelot : Epica
I just loved the music on this CD; the tracks flow nicely into each other and are dovetailed well. BUT what I really enjoyed was the singing. Khan is a powerful singer and can manipulate his voice beautifully, (an advantage over other power singers I suppose). If you're into progressive or pseudo-progressive rock, you'll love this album. I recommend it to people who enjoy Dream Theatre, Ice Age or Symphony X. If these are not the sort of bands you listen to, then you will probably not like Kamelot.

Kittie: Charlotte [IMPORT]
The second single & first hit from 'Spit', the debut album by this all-female teen alternative metal quartet from Canada. Four of the single's five tracks are previously unreleased & all are non-album versions

Kittie: Paperdoll [EXPLICIT LYRICS] [EP]
It's about time a really good female metal band came along. A perfect mix of naughty and nice, lead singer Morgan Lander switches from melodic singing to hoarse metal fury in a heartbeat. Kind of a cross between Jack Off Jill and Slayer. ~Dave

Kittie: Spit
This is exactly what Tipper Gore feared. Expose your bored daughters to the toxic combination of heavy-metal death fantasies, punk-rock nihilism, violent rap misogyny. --Genevieve Williams
"Click me to Order"
The fantastic debut of the immortal Kansas with songs such as "Journey from Mariabronn", "Apercu", and "Belexes" are incredible progression of music. A must for all collections!

King Diamond: House of God
I'm definitely happy with this new album. The story is pretty cool, with a lot of excellent Christian imagery, and a 19th Century setting. The songwriting is very good. Sometimes King's singing seems forced when he's trying to fit the storyline into the song and sqeeze too many syllables in--but, thankfully, there's very little of that on "House of God". The music and the lyrics mostly flow together naturally.

King Diamond: Voodoo
King is back in all his horror with Voodoo. It's a refreshing return to his older style, with wild guitars, high-pitched and multiple dubbed choruses, and excellent musicianship from his faithful sidekick, Andy LaRocque, who, IMO, is a dynamic and explosive performer.~Arakis

Richie Kotzen is an all around incredibly talented musician: he can belt it out w/the best blues vocalist, play guitar in every style imaginable, and write really great rock songs. this album is one of my all-time favorites from him. one song,*dream of a new day* has been featured in a major motion picture and was included on the soundtrack. an intense, unique vocal presence that must be reckoned with. if you're a fan of driving rock and a little bit of blues this is for you.
