Glenn Tipton
Glenn Tipton's solo album is a must for those who live for classic British metal. The music itself is very similar to the Priest albums "Jugulator" and "Painkiller", so needless to say the sound is heavy and aggressive. Glenn Tipton's voice is interesting to hear on disc, and it is extremely able in delivering the melodic metal associated with Glenn's songwriting for the last 25 years. Many talented musicians abound on this disc, in particular the late Black Sabbath and Rainbow drummer Cozy Powell.

I would never have done this in the past but I'm so excited about this one that I just have to tell you about it. If you have never heard of theband before you're probably in a good position to hear this one. Fresh ears will give you the opportunity to "listenwithout prejudice" and that's a good approach to have when listening to this album. Although it has many qualities that we feel will appeal to the long time TNT fans it is definately a contemporary take on the old sound. Modern production and arrangements abound but the melodies, lyrics and strong musicianship are still TNT all the way. For people intersested in a new appraoch to melodic hard rock or for longtime fans of TNT a few good listens will draw you in, a few more will get you hooked for good. I'm sure of it!

This band has great melodies with a excellent guitar player and one of the best (and underrated)singers there is in rock.I encourage anyone who likes hard rock to buy this cd, as you will come to hear that it will become a favorite of yours.
